This is a modified version of a deck I built at the Theros prerelease event recently that I plan on using at my local FNM tournaments. I've had a love affair with Bant since the Alara block, and not many people seem to be running it in standard right now. There are multiple win conditions, but basically everything in here is synergistic. Keep in mind I already have 2/3 of the cards and am trying to stay on a budget. As it is, the combined cost of cards needed is $50 so that should give you an idea of my price range. I focused on having something (creature/spell) to play that would be a major impact every turn, provided the correct mana is available. Elvish Mystic helps with early ramp while Into the Wilds takes over turn 4 (3 with Mystic) and allows ridiculous acceleration. If main options are not available/playable then there are plenty of counterspells, enchantments, and multipurpose instants to use to your advantage.
