Try going 20 land 4 of which are fetch-lands and take out the contested warzones. Use that spot to put in a Gideon. And... I think White Knight would be better sideboarded in favor of Skyguards and Skyhunters. The other thing is that you should really run 4 Firewalkers against red decks as they just devastate them completely. And... Emeria? I don't think you are running enough plains to really make that work; that's meant for more heavy land decks.

Replace Blood Seekers or Bloodghasts with either Elvish Archdruids or Ezuri's Archers (I'd go with these if you want lots of elves and anti-air). Bloodghasts are nice but you are not running enough land to makes these work. Blood Seekers aren't too good (useless unless against creature heavy decks) but you probably need the life loss for the vampires.

But... You're not running enough elves to make Elvish Promenade or Elvish Harbinger effective enough.

A bit heavy on the vampires, but I do see where you are going with this. Pretty nice idea.

Try splashing blue to play Leyline of Anticipation! Opponents turn: Draw "I'll play th-" "Mind Rot." And... Bala Ged Thief would work better than some of those sorceries you are using as it can be used with mimic vat.

This is a pretty awesome deck! Could probably use some work (like Ezuri's Archers for flying defense) but it looks rather solid.

Nissa + Sorin = Win.

Now with that out of the way, what about Glissa, The Traitor? (And original Glissa if you really want to)

I think I'll stick him in my sideboard. I was looking at it when I put the deck together, but I decided that there were better options.

And actually, this is a T2 deck which means no Echoing Ruin.

That is a brilliant suggestion... Thank you!

I'll look into Ember Hauler, but this deck WILL run Quest.

Probably. But I have never really run a good red deck before. My primary color is actually black.

Yes. But by that time all of my goblins will be on the field because 16 of them are 1 drops, 8 of them are 2 drops, and 3 of them are 3 drops. Just is not worth it with my mana curve in my opinion.

Thank you for your advice.

Ah... I see what you're doing here! I think you should run more creatures though in case of removal.

What do you all feel about me adding in some more Blade of the Bloodchiefs? With all the removal that I am running, I think it would help a lot.

How about Quest for the Holy Relic?

It looks good, but you run less control than I do... Our decks fill two different niches.

Yeah, I've decided Nighthawk is good enough, I had been focusing on life loss before.

Pretty decent right now... You might want to take a look at mine to get some ideas. I played in a tournament recently and actually did really well.

Yeah, I agree with you there. And actually I main decked it. The reason it wasn't in, in the first place was that I was focusing more on life loss.

Hey, thanks for the following! Personally I wouldn't run Green Sun's Zenith in here and... I'd say run some small eldrazi instead of some of your medium sized creatures. Infact... Kozilek's predator would be good I think.

I think that you should be running more 1 drops. Heck, take out some of your 2 drops and put in death cultist! Sac them for the life loss and to get Demon of Death's Gate out even faster.

How about Ruinous Minotaur? Not really good for saccing but I find he's awesome because of the 5/2, heck I don't even think the downside is all that bad. Not sure I understand the use of Viscera Seer. I would sub that with more saccing cards like... Fume Spitter is pretty good and so is Dross Hopper. But, your best bet would be Furnace Celebration is okay... but the best would probably be Vampire Aristocrat, and although Bloodthrone Vampire does the same thing, you can never have too many saccing outlets.
