Deck discussion for Budget Decks: Birth & Death

Interesting. I was thinking more in line of generating tokens consistently and sacrificing them as needed, but this might work much more efficiently. Great job as always :)

Great job, Northy, although I have a comment: You don't have enough large creatures to fight with, and your small creatures are too busy being sacrificed to acutely do much damage.

I thought that Smothering Abomination (and eventually Rot Shambler) are my main beatsticks in this deck.

If you need big creatures, Essence of Wild would go perfectly in a deck like this. He might be too expensive though, I'm not sure

I had the idea to build a similar Deck without the 20 Bucks Limit. In this one I added "Dictate of Erebos" to put some pressure on my enemy while sacrificing scions. I got in mind, that there is a 2nd enchantment like this for 4 mana, but without flash. Savra could also be an option, but sadly her effects dont work with scions.

Yeah, Dictate of Erebos could work perfectly in this deck! Especially with all those Scions!
...and the enchantment you were looking for is named Grave Pact.

Now that Price Estimation isn't on MTGVault, we'll just have to take your word for it that the decks are budget. That really sucks, I hope someone fixes it soon.

Yeah. I agree.
..but last time the price estimation -counter worked, it said this deck's value to be around 14 dollars, so don't worry.
: )

That's great!
Well, this deck's value has gone down since the price estimation counter worked last time...

OKAY. I've just accepted that I'm not going to make it through the entire HL...time is short, & yonder beckons. Already made apologies to you, Northy...but ditto. All you others, "Sowing the Seeds", by Tears for Fears...go listen, & consider the world you want to live in. That is all...literally. Thanks for your support.

I was just thinking of a super broken ability. "when ever you sac a creature, put a 0/1 whatever on the field (to not make it super broken, at the end of your turn)"
