Check out my Elf deck for some ideas. There's also some planeswalker that affects Elves directly. When you use it's big move it allows you to pull all elves from your library and put them directly into play. My elf deck is only really going to be helpful for ideas if you're not going for a particular format, as I do not build anything to meet any format.

Keep in mind that a Coat of Arms can completely backfire on you against another tribal deck.
In place of swamps and deltas, you could run vivid creek/marsh. Just a preference, it seems more efficent to me.
In place of Æther Vial you could run Isochron scepters with a cheap counter spell of some kind or a destroy creature card like Doom blade or Go for the throat.
Mark of Eviction is also pretty gross for crowd control. It's helpful if you can't counter a nasty creature.
Some wizards I'm particularly fond of are Disruptive Pitmage and Nameless One. You can make the nameless one massive and make it unblockable.
Raging Goblin, Goblin Warstrike, Goblin Grenade, Reckless One, Horde of Boggarts. etc. Take a look at some of the black goblins as well. Also, check out my Goblin deck if you get the chance, you may get some ideas from it.
Once you grind everything to a halt, do you just keep skipping your turn to make the Chronatog massive or something?
Tainted Sigil with Sanguine Bond is just evil... lol This deck has a similar feel to my W/B Orzhov/Eventide lifelink deck. my W/B deck revolves more around things being both black and white, but there's a recurrance between the two decks I feel. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=157019
Slagwurm armor!
I looked it up, turns out you're right. ; ;
Actually, I just recently learned you can't have more than 4 copies of the artifact lands because they're non-basic. I had just seen so many people running mono coloured decks with 20 copies, etc. that I always thought you could.
Maybe drop the Marauders for Raging Goblins and Goblin Grenades? Mirari + Seething Song + whatever = infinite damage the turn you can play it. Cloudposts and whatever the name of the other locus land are can really make things like fireball/blaze a total nightmare.
With the Hunter Sliver, you can force creatures your opponents control to block. And with Talon, if your Slivers have deathtouch or something from Toxin, or even if it's something simple like a 1/1 you control being blocked by a 1/1 your opponent controls, your damage resolves before theirs, so your creature won't die, and you can kill bigger creatures with tiny 1/1's by blocking, etc.
Also, using so many Vivid lands will really slow you down over time. I'd drop one of each for a basic land of each colour.
Check out my sliver deck, it may give you some ideas. I don't see Hunter or Talon Sliver in here. Hunter/Talon/Toxin is one of the best sliver combos there is. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=157529
Beacon of Immortality is a nice card in a life gain deck. You could also swap all of your plains cards for Ancient Dens and put Leonin Elder x4 into the deck for a nice life gain engine.
Try to thin it down to 60 cards, and add more copies of cards instead of only having 1 or 2 of everything.
Myr Adapter?
Thank you for the feedback on my Elemental deck. I really don't know what I could suggest for this deck without making ours too similar. I really like Æther Vial and Heat Shimmer, but I don't really know what to take out of my deck for them. I'd suggest Lightning coils over Door of Destinies, you can already beef up your Elementals through spells and Soulstrokes. And if you don't pull a Soulstroke you can always stack one with the Flamekin Harbinger.
