Seems like Elvish Mystic would be better than Arbor Elf, especially since you're only running 1 forest.

Actually Arbor Elf can untap Breeding Pool and Temple garden since they are also forests, but you are right that Elvish Mystic is more reliable if I cast it on a temple.
Oh, I didn't realize that just because a land taps for a {G} that it is a forest.
Still not quite right. It only untaps Temple Garden and Breeding Pool because they are actually forests. It says so in the card type. This won't work for, let's say temples, because they don't have the forest card type.
