Simply playing Splinterfright will start the milling process, plus he'll be massive within a few turns. Lotleth Troll benefits from anything that's not immediately useful in your hand; discard Varolz if he's in play, same for Jarad, and toss the Rot Farm Skeletons. Once you have Deadbridge Chant going for you, any and everything becomes food for the Troll. Varolz can make him even beefier, especially if your opponents' more focused on Splinterfright or Jarad, both of which become pretty scary once your graveyard inflates.
