Sure, go for it! I'd love to see what you come up with. I was trying to trim this down to 60, but I'm still trying to figure out the right balance as well. And thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment. I didn't even really consider Boros Charm because I just always see it used for the Indestructible ability with Boros Reckoner and Blasphemous Act, and I wanted to stay away from that. I didn't even think of it for burn, mostly because it is only player directed and I couldn't use it to kill a creature if I needed to. Still, it provides good options, so I'll sideboard it until I can figure out which of the burn spells would be best to keep. I definitely want to run Increasing Vengeance while it's still standard too.

Thanks for the input. I didn't really think of Boros Charm, because I mostly see it used for the indestructible ability along with the Reckoner and Blasphemous Act so I thought I'd stay away from that. Didn't even think of using the burn option! Although, it's only on the player, so there's no option to use it for creature removal. Still, a good thing to have in my sideboard until I figure what burn spells are best to keep. I definitely want to run some Increasing Vengeances though, while they're still in standard.

Yeah, i was thinking of using Maze Behemoth at first (didn't even think of Crowned Ceratok!), but now most of my power creatures just already have trample Bloodfray Giant, Cryptborn Horror, Lotleth Troll, and Ghor-Clan Rampager who can be bloodrushed to give it to something else too. I'll have to keep Crowned Ceratok in mind though, maybe for a Simic Deck. Thanks for the comment.

Hm, that's an interesting suggestion, they would speed up the life draining a little bit... Okay then, I've sideboarded the Purge the Profanes for Stab Wounds to test them out. Thanks for the suggestion.

Great deck, it looks like it would be pretty fun to play.

Banisher Priest is the one from M14 that exiles a creature until it leaves the battlefield. Angel of Serenity is also good, it exiles 3 when it enters the battlefield. Those are just the ones at the top of my head. I'm sure you have a lot of options if you're not thinking of making this standard.

Alright, done. Thanks for the advice. It's true, it works a lot better that way. I had to remove the Budget Tag after though, haha.

Hey, thanks for the input! Your thoughts on this deck echo my own. It's true what you're saying about the efficiency, and I've thought about adding more burn as well. You're also right in that it would turn into a straight burn deck, losing that Boros flavor which I want to keep. My inspiration behind this came from Blaze Commando and Boros Reckoner (I thought about making the deck all Boros minotaurs with lots of burn at first, but decided that I needed Guttersnipe and then saw Gisela, Pyromancer's Gauntlet, Curse of Bloodletting, etc).

A lot of the cards you mentioned are in my sideboard because I'm still toying with the idea of what to mainboard and what to leave out. Boros Charm is definitely a good one and Warleader's Helix as well (it's already in my sideboard and my deck in real life which runs about 62 cards). I'll probably drop Foundry Champion and a Blaze Commando for 2 more Chandra's Phoenixes or 2 Young Pyromancers. I've been playing with 1 Young Pyromancer in the deck and he's okay, but the elemental tokens don't work as well as the soldier tokens with haste (at least in terms of what my deck currently does). But still, a good choice.

Thanks again.

Nice idea! However I do believe that after you sacrifice Vexing Devil (and give it Undying), when it "returns to the battlefield" it will actually enter the battlefield once again and it will trigger the option for your opponent to take 4 damage and make you sacrifice it. This time, it won't return because it has a +1/+1 counter on it. Unless the opponent lets it stay the second time, I don't think you'll be able to pull off the Mad-Cap Skills and then swinging plan. They still take 8 damage though!

GeneralM this is a brilliant idea, thanks for starting this up! Lots of cool decks here.

Any constructive feedback on my decks is appreciated. In terms of Standard decks, I have:
A Boros Burn, going for a slightly different take on Boros: http://www.mtgvault.com/phlight/decks/boros-battlemages-boros-burn/
A deck utilizing Scavenge, Bloodrush and Unleash: http://www.mtgvault.com/phlight/decks/scavengers-unleashed/
And an Orzhov. I've seen some similar ones around: http://www.mtgvault.com/phlight/decks/neoorzhov-life-death/

Non-Standard. Decks that I play casually for fun. Suggestions on how to improve these ones are also welcome:

Hey, I like the idea of Cipher decks and especially grinding with Trepanation Blades and Mirko Vosk! If you wanted to play up the Cipher mechanic a bit more I would suggest maybe some more unblockable creatures. Invisible Stalker is always good because it has hexproof, Latch Seeker, maybe Deathcult Rogue. And Glaring Spotlight might be interesting, in case your opponent has hexproof creatures that can't be tapped. You could pay 3 and sacrifice it to make all your creatures and unblockable for a turn too. Just some possibilities.

No problem, I do like the variety of mill cards in modern. If you're planning on trimming this down, I don't think you'll need so many lands. Around 30 is what you need considering the amount of other cards you have. Otherwise, I think this looks like fun. Perhaps removing a few slower cards like Master of Cruelties and Echo Mage and maybe a couple of walls and add some chump blockers that mill like Hedron Crab and Balustrate Spy or even another Consuming Aberration.

The cards that are illegal in standard are: Mindcrank; Dralnu, Lich Lord; Echo Mage; Shizo, Death's Storehouse; Crumbling Necropolis; Terminate; Glimpse the Unthinkable and Mind Funeral.

If you're trying to go for standard, all those are out. I do love Mind Funeral, at least Mirko Vosk is basically a Mind Funeral in creature form. That should probably help you trim it down quite a bit but if you're not going Standard, then you have a lot more options with the fun cards you have here. Traumatize is back in Standard, Tome Scour too if you're looking at more standard instants and sorceries for mill.

This is a great deck, I like it a lot. I have a similar deck although it runs more extort.

In terms of feedback, the only thing I'm wondering a little bit about efficiency. Blood Artist is a good card, but maybe a 2-drop extort creature like Tithe Drinker, Basilica Screecher or Syndic of Tithes might have more opportunities to gain one life and make an opponent lose 1 life than creatures dying. It really depends on what's being drawn and whether a lot of creatures are dying/attacking. Also 4 Diabolic Tutors gives you more options, but if you're mostly searching for Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, I wonder if it's more probable to get them with 1 more of each and 2 less Tutors. Then you wouldn't have to wait a turn after the Tutor before you can play it.

I'm sure it works just fine as it is though!

Thanks a lot, that's a great idea! I've added one to the deck, replacing the Staff of the Sun Magus. Now I'll have to hunt some of those down.
