Yes. Jitte does everything, where the sword's abilities might not do anything if they've dumped their hands or you have nothing to play

Yeah, take out Nicol Bolas and add another Wurmcoil. I would suggest replacing the sword with an Umezawas jitte

Well, you're using the worst sword. Try to get Sword of Ice and Fire, or Umezawa's Jitte.
I know they're expensive but in order to have a good legacy deck you need fetches.
Cut Nicol Bolas, you're never going to cast him.
