why do you have elvish scrapper, elvish lyrist, kavu recluse, and thelonite monk? they seem a little random (considering you have no lands, these mediocre cards are taking up valuable slots.

I would throw in some Hive Minds, just because you run six Pacts.I'm glad to finally see some competitive decks on the Vault for once.
I think you need more mana rocks, e.g. Thran Dynamo, Chromatic Lantern, Darksteel Ingot.
