My goal is to build a retro-border only blue commander deck. Some of the cards listed above are not the older border versions. Those do not seem to be in the system. Primarily the deck builds around the Blind Seer's ability to change the color of spells and permanents. I can then use specific color-hate cards to destroy my opponents' stuff. Using the swords (...of hearth and home, etc) in conjunction with this ability will allow me to bypass defenses. Theft cards will allow me to steal my opponents best stuff and use it against them. The name is a reference to the song "I Saw Red" by no doubt.

Awesome goal and cool deck! Boomer magic at it's finest. It's funny, depending on your card choice, all old cards could be a incredibly cheap deck or vastly expensive, but this seems right in line with an average top notch edh deck, price wise.
