get a few more 1 and 2 turn drops in, pulse tracker and guul draz vampires for 1 drops, gatekeeper of malakir also, Blood tribute is a great card, but by the time you get the chance to play it, corrupt should be the better card or just 2 more sorin's vengeance. persoanlly i would side board some of the big vampires and throw in some more little ones to get pumped up. also captivating vampires.

FEAST OF BLOOD. four of em, they're great. also i agree with draggindealer, lowering the mana curve could be a serious improvement. although i understand the delightfulness of the flavor inherent in sorin and sorin's vengeance, they slow this deck down. i think maybe captivating vampire, guul draz vampire, and more nighthawks will help

switch out 2 feast of blood or all 4 for the victim of nights. having an instant vs a sorcery can be invaluable plus if you dont have your 2 vampires fest of blood becomes useless. if your in a match where you dont have to worry about losing creatures or haste, by all means switch them back in. i like the changes you made, and good luck with it bro
i agree with the instant vs sorcery, but do you really think he's not going to have 2 vampires? i dunno man i would have at least 3 feasts. They're just so much value
