I'd say your best bet is some 1/2 mana goblins, then some 5-8 mana dragons.

this is cheap? I call a budget deck $5-$20, so what's the upper limit price wise?

add some search cards for your mutavault/descendant's path, then toss in whatever giant creatures you want, and this deck works.

sanguine bond and exquisite blood aren't orking out, so I'm cutting them each down to one and adding some fireballs. (which might be redundant, because general y, I'm milling them out with blue sun's zenith, but I'm going for in case I do pull of exquisite/sanguine)

actually, I got all these ideas from other people's loops, so I know how loops work. I CHOOSE to target oblivion ring with oblivion ring. As long as my opponent doesn't destroy my Ajani's chosen right when I'm playing the third oblivion ring, then worst come to worst I can target Ajani's chosen to end the loop. (leaving my with at least one million cat tokens, an oblivion on an Ajani's chosen, and an oblivion ring on an oblivion ring.)
