It was either that or "Definitely not elves"

When I was working on my deck you commented on, I was looking at Phyrexian Tyranny and thought about making it a Grixis color deck.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely check your deck out.

Originally when I drafted up this deck it wasn't meant to be a Underworld Dreams/Caress deck, but just an Underworld dreams deck. The more I added, the more I liked the idea of Draw and discard so I will actually be taking out such to put in more draw/discard.

I was trying to keep it creatureless, but I don't think I like it as such.

Disenchant and Path to Exile? In a U/R deck?

Whereas it is illegal, in my playgroup it's just really casual play and we all have ways of getting rid of the combo, and honestly...The deck functions without the combo. I've playtested it multiple times.

I don't have anything that actually makes them search, so that's the only reason I didn't run Archive Trap, honestly.

Not a bad idea actually! I just did some editing after some play testing. Dropped the Caretaker down to 2, dropped the Pawn altogether (He was proving useless) and they make room for more fatties. Also threw in Feldon's Cane to go anti Tormod.

Wow, Browbeat is just nasty. I like that A LOT. I was looking for a reason to drop Fire Servant, only because Curse of Bloodletting also applies to Valakut's ability, where as Fire Servant doesn't and in my test plays, mana isn't an issue so Browbeat is a most welcomed addition.

It was hard for me not to put Bloodline Keeper in here. Not sure why he didn't make the cut, I'll probably drop Bloodlord Vaasgoth in place of him, honestly.

True, but the reason I go for the bigger cards is because my group plays draw two drop two to get as many games as we can in each week. So, the bigger guys don't bug me as much as they would in d1d1.

Thanks for the suggestions. I hadn't thought about Adaptive Automaton. The only reason I have the bigger guys in there (And, really there's only 8 cards over 4 mana) is I play draw two drop two in my play group.

I would suggest possibly running the artifact creature Adaptive Automaton, I think it is. Bring him in as an illusion, and give all your illusions another +1/+1.

I went with the budget Doubling Season, Parallel Lives. Rofl. Doubling Season is too expensive for my blood.

Well, I was more so going for killing my own creatures to activate the morbid ability. I could run Doom Blade and Go for the Throat, though.

Added Avacyn's Pilgrim for both defensive purposes and to help the mana curve a bit more.

I was thinking more creatures as well. I was looking into it, but couldn't really think of many. Also, with the sample hands I've been getting I seem to be getting the land fetch cards consistently with the mana to play them. I also play D2D2 a lot more than D1D1.

I think what you're missing about the negative synergy is drawing cards with Mentor of the Meek.

I really like this deck. I think it'd be a lot of fun to play and somewhat unexpected.

I like the Inkfathom over the Invisible Stalker just because killing them could be the alt win con. But, thanks for the suggestions!
