Just noticed that spell rupture actually exists, trying it out as an anti-burn/ kill card... Good idea???

Bro, swap the firefist striker and the lightning mauler around, take out the thunderous wrath and replace them with boros charms and take out war priest of thune and put assemble the legion in... Also, legion loyalist would be pretty cool too! XD
Yah, this deck doesn't have much 'oomph', know any cards (apart from Primordial Hydra) that would give it any???

Nice, but a bit random, try focusing on just a few effects, such as evolve, a bit more throughly... I've got two Simic decks going at the moment, why not have a look? :-)

Searing spear would be better... Otherwise, it's pretty good, except for the fact that it isn't much of a 'budget' deck!!! :P
I've got two Primordial Hydra's and I've also added a Simic Manipulator... :-)
