This is hardcore esper control. When you play this deck, people will hate you. People at the local card shop will look down at you for going to time at FNM after you win game 1 (and not for stalling). Playing Magic: the Gathering is a social poison, and playing this deck will cause you to be an outcast even within this niche. This deck is an excuse to play overpriced and overpowered Narset. Narset generates lots of card advantage with a high loyalty. You have 2 win conditions in Palace Siege, and Pearl Lake Ancient. You go 1 for 1 with your opponent for about the first several turns of the game, play draw spells or Narset to generate unsurmountable card advantage, then draw 1 of 2 win conditions. A little heavy in counter magic compared to other control decks with 8 main, as opposed to 4-6 usually, and in my opinion the mana base is quite off, especially in the late game.
