Recent revision to my Nicol Bolas deck. Would like some opinions on the build, advise would be appreciated. NOTE: This is not a "fantasy" deck, these are cards I own. Thus this deck is built on my stockpile, not from some dream set.
I play by the hand. The initial hand I draw must have at least four lands in it otherwise I found the deck doesn't usually end too well. Ultimately the objective is to control the board with a massive amount of land and/or Nicol Bolas.

Dissipate instead of Syncopate. Drop the Diabolic Revelation completely, it's way too expensive. Swap the Chronomations with Warden Gargoyles. Drop the Crimson Muckwaders. Also, if you're going to run Invisible Stalker you should run some spell that buff him as well. He'll only be doing one damage otherwise. Other than that I like where you're going with this. Make sure to pay attention to your mana curve as well. You could maybe add some Pillar of Flames or Searing Spears in here as well.

no guild gates. dreadbore instead of murder. take out nicol bolas or take out chromatic lantern for gilded lotus. if u want more ideas look at my blue black red deck and comment if u like it or not pls.
