Do you mind just replying to this comment and explaining to me what the strategy behind this deck is or like points you think make it strong? I'll give you a proper comment in a bit. I always think a draw mechanic is good and i see you have jace beleren in the sideboard and he is one of the best draw mechanics i can think of, of the top of my head for blue, apart from the other jace. But not saying you have to add him. Don't worry about returning a comment but here's my favourite deck if you want to take a look. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=73651

No Probs. I'll do that proper comment in a bit but yeah i'm kind of getting it its like stall deck. But just of the top of my head i think, and im not entirely sure, you should focus more on the scion and counterspelling to protect the scion. i know you have 4 already but more harbingers could help guarantee getting em early game(doesn't have to be them could be something less expensive cud be demonic tutor but thats expensive in terms of $$$) anyway say what think

In a 61-card deck that contains 21 lands, you shouldn't have that many issues with getting land onto the battlefield. What I have noticed, however, is that quite a few of your lands enter the battlefield tapped.

The tapped lands are great, but then again, they also slow down a deck A LOT if the majority of the lands are that way. A good way to fix this (and there's no other really good substitute) is to include more basic lands into your deck.

Here's what I would take out from your lands:
- Pendelhaven: There's no real green theme to this deck at all, rendering the green mana it produces almost absolutely worthless. The secondary ability's not too bad, but to get the combo of that and one of your 1/1 Faeries is actually pretty low. Getting one of your Scions out on the field is a better bet. If a Scion or 2 is already on the field by the time it hits, then it really becomes a useless land on your side of the field.

- Watery Grave: Even though you run 1 of them, you also only have 1 life gaining card. Having to pay 2 life when you're running a deck with extremely low base toughness normally breaks the game more often than helps out. Especially if your life gain card is seriously down the stack.

On top of those 2, I would try to find 3 more that you either don't use very often, or in the end would serve no actual purpose. For those 5 lands, I'd substitute in 5 Basic Swamp Lands.

Other than that, I see a really solid and fun Faerie-theme deck. Although typical, which is unfortunate due to the low number of options you'd have building an effective deck based off of this creature type, it looks to be quite effective. Very nicely done!

3+ Bitterblossom, umezawas jitte x 2, drop the harbinger and put in some Runesnags instead of Counterspell also ponder and vendillion clique should be considered

Personally, I stopped playing scion of oona main deck because it didn't allow me to use most of my combos, just like when you play mistbind clique, you will only be able to champion scion of oona because this one gives shroud to every other faeries you own. You should consider Glen Elendra Liege. Please look at my deck to give me ideas or even get inspiration maybe?

Oona's Prowler, Brainstorm over Ponder, Dash Hopes is pretty nice, Glen Elandra Pranksters combos nicely with Spellstutter

I have to agree with the Dash hopes - infinitely better than perplex. Id have to second brainstorm if is wasn't restricted. and it might be worth seriously considering the prankster - its always good for a string of profanity or two. But you have lots or awesome advice here! Personally Id like to just highlights Kharben's - its the advice I would give and take.

Otherwise, nice deck!

should i replace agony warp with grasp of darkness?

Yes, and I'd once again like to highlight what was highlighted by someone else on my earlier post on this deck:

Glen Elandra Pranksters would be amazing.. just think about all of the possibilities. I mean you could return a Mistbind Clique to your hand to tap all of their lands again.. you could return Spellstutter to counter another spell.. I mean it really does offer so much more flexibility to the deck.

Perplex is a great card, don't get me wrong, but Dash Hopes is just better. 5 life is more than people think when they decide to take it and the spell they felt like playing is usually more important when they decide to get it countered.. it's a great tempo card that rattles their cages a little bit.

I would also like to suggest Gigadrowse possibly replacing Cluth of the Undercity. It could help you countering that spell you really need to or just not allowing them to play it in the first place.. it has a lot of possibilities and once again allows you to be flexible.
