ill give you the same advice i give a lot of people on here your deck shouldn't contain a bunch of one of cards.
i can get what your trying to do but goblin snowman is a waste of a card and you dont need the forge try to stick with a faster play style like gobbys do.
it is 10x better and it doesnt even need all those cards you just have alot of high cost goblins. krenko should be your highest mana the rest of your goblins should swarm your opponent.
you can have themed decks but play other tribal, my elemental edh has about 3-4 non elemental cards because they play a good role in the deck.

either change your commander to avacyn, angel of hope or make sure shes in your deck shes one of the best white cards you can play.

please find all your copies of foundry champion and just set them ablaze it is a worthless card.i would recconmend-2 foundry champion-2 viashino firstblade-2 wojek halberdiers+2 legion loyalist+2 soldier of the pantheon+2 precinct

no matter what your playing if you got soliders get 4 copies of preminent captain in your deck he is your best friend.and i would play 4 boros elite instead of the cathars
mogis might be slow but its fast for control. it pretty much reads you lose in 10 turns unless you want to give up all your damage in which case i dont die and get more cards.

it looks terrible a 1 off of almost every card means you never know if you will be getting something usefull.
i completly agree with you, tho mogis is good just not 3 copies good.I would go down to 1 mogis and get either read the bones or divination or even sign in blood will worki would remove spell heart chimera, and ashiok isnt a strong enough planeswalker to run 4 copies of try 1-2 of her and 1-2 of the m15 liliana.
i dont see it beating alot of decks for the sole reason that theres no removal such as shrapnal blast. from there i would highly HIGHLY recconmend putting spring leaf drum in this deck. turn one you can play a land cast spring leaf then play omni then tap omni for a mana to cast another 1 drop.
I wouldnt bothering playing red. focus on more copies of your good black cards
thats true about inspiration it does offer some surprise to it, and what about running mizzium mortars in side board and a cheaper burn in main board like searing blood or magma jet.
inspritation is the wrong draw card you want divination it may be sorcery but its cheaper. besides that it looks like a decent deck it wont hold up against most of the "meta" decks tho.
why not play the enchantment that gives all dragons +3/+3 even if only one copy and you will want 23-25 lands
