lol i never read wager till now remove it and add 1 reforge of the souls or something similar that makes your opponent discard also.Wager seems like a bad card lol.

wager or k command i think or a combo of each card like 1 wager and 2 k command for 3 lightning bolt or something your deck :P
try lightning bolt or another one red instant speed burn card.
put in invisible stalker he will pretty much always get you blade to flip.
love the deck already used to play a damia edh on mtgo.all i had in the deck was ramp spells and high cost creatures because it was budget.

your draw spells are may abilitys and if you want to play it because of mill decks it should probally be in side board.as for a suggestion of cards tarmogoyf, noble hierarch, bendilion clique, serum visions, cryptic command, mana leak.just so over all good cards in most decks tho mostly expensive.some cheaper themed based cards i would say genesis hydra, heroes' bane, kalonian hydra, primordial hydra, birds of paradise.i would remove from your deck:2 bred for the hunt3 inexorable tide4 vastwood hydra4 shambleshark2 lab maniac

lab maniac is useless in this deck theres no reason why you should be decking out.
gavony townhall is really good in token decks,
this deck is going to lose almost every game its in.your deck consists of all 5-8 drops and no ramp the only chance you have is to re-animate a creature but the chances of getting that card are low and still costly to cast.
edh games go for like 30 turns anyways lots of time
Add rise of the dark realms one of the best re-animator spells in commander!
