its a deck that wins on just auras it might give you an idea

thats a 3 drop compared to a 1 drop. also the mystic is a creature which leaves it open to more removal

I would still run a few copies of it as it protects your creatures from a death

Hyena Umbra is a cheap and effective aura card

this deck follows one of the most common bad patterns i see on this site and that is 1-2 offs of everything. your deck should mostly be 4 of a card unless you need some splash of a card either if its legendary or a good win con.

oh didnt even think about the fact he acts as another electomancer

22 lands and remove Battlefield Thaumaturge and hour of need i think they really hamper the deck

i dont think sylvan scrying has any place in this deck try running mana leak or cryptic commands for your snappys to flashback.
go down to 24-26 lands and probally 2 prismatic omen

try rancor as your enchantment
