I like it, but I would consider adding a few more creatures at a cost of a few of the spells if I were you. One on one, you're good, but once you get into 3+ player games you'll need the creatures. Other than that, I like it.

And making my creatures bigger before they die is cool too.
I was going to throw in the Intruder Alarm/Presence of Gond combo, but I couldn't find any other blue cards that fit the deck. Plus, once you throw in Godsire, that makes the deck 4 colors, and I wanted it to be more stream-lined. Sarkan is there for his second ability to allow Kiki-Jiki to make an extra copy if Seeker of Skybreak hasn't come up yet or gets taken out. The third ability was only a happy accident.
Yep. 10 swamp and 10 islands would be perfect. I would also recommend getting rid of all the cards that don't follow the discard theme in order to have more of the cards you'll actually use. And any discard deck that doesn't have at least 3 Megrims will be destroyed.
I have to agree with Cerwyn. No elf deck in the history of man needs 30 lands. You really want to be top decking lands for the rest of your life?
I completely agree. I think I might rebuild this deck to use Brigid and Greatbow Doyen with some cards that force all creatures to block.
dknight is correct
Listen to drzagzonz... Spellbreaker Behemoth belongs in every Naya deck ever thought of.
There isn't any reward for you sacrificing your tokens. And you really aren't going to have many anyway. Lose Lord of the Pit for something that gives you a bonus for sacking. Scavenger Drake, for instance. Grave Pact and Lord of Extinction will also work well. I would also trade out Liege of the Pit for Doomgape or Braids. Might as well gain something from your sacrifice. And seriously, get rid of Bitterblossom. Deathgreeter + Essence Warden would work well together in this deck as well. Throw in a Sanguine Bond and you have a nasty deck. Trade Elvish Promenade for Rhys the Redeemed. He's a bit expensive, but he'll give you a lot more tokens.
Breath of Life. No angel deck is complete without it.
Yup. Why waste space in a mill deck for Mortivore? You already have a win condition...
This is a hybrid Mortivore/Sac/Mill deck. It's more used for creature control. Plus, I always play 3+ player free for all, so my decks have to be more versatile. Liliana Vess + Mortivore = BAD Jace Beleren + Mortivore = GOOD
Cards you need to include: Deathbringer Thoctar Thraximundar Grave Pact Altar of Dementia 3 more Mortivore Also, add a few more Hybrids. Pretty good card in a Mortivore deck. I would also add cards that will make Mortivore harder to block such as Akroma's Memorial or Dirge of Dread.
I would recommend adding Presence of Gond. More elves to copy with Rhys and more to tap for mana.
It's for lifelink. If Tephraderm attacks and every creatures blocks it, it's going to deal a crap load of damage and probably die. Why not capitalize?
I would also recommend Mortivore and some graveyard return.
Mortal Combat + Panoptic Mirror with Entomb. Make it blue and add in Paradox Haze. Altar of Dementia would also help.
Nice deck. Pretty original for a rat tribal deck. I assume this is meant for 1v1?
But definitely add Rise of the Hobgoblins.
If you weren't going Standard legeal with this deck, Goblin Warrens would be perfect. But it still wouldn't make it all that much better. Solid deck.
