Deck discussion for turn 5 win

This combo requires two followers since the untap ability says ANOTHER target permanent.

Even if it did work... turn 5 win in legacy can be pretty slow...

is legacy sort of like a "slow vintage" kind?

This deck can easily be brought up to Modern or possibly Standard since the combo itself is Standard legal.

You'd still need to remove Brainstorm to make it Modern.

You don't need a second Follower in order for the combo to work. Illusionist's Bracers specifically says "choose new targets for the copy". The target wàs "another target permanent", so "not Kiora's Follower". Targetting Kiora's Follower for the copy thus falls under "choose new target". This has been dicussed many times over and iirc judges have been over this as well.

I made a deck using Kiora's Follower and Illusionist's Bracers as well, only 100 times cheaper (literally) and more viable, since it has some defense (Fog and Triton Tactics), only uses 2 colors and can work without the combo, or at least stall enough untill the combo is drawn, after which it only takes one more turn to win. Check it out if you want to!
