Deck Description

So I've been wanting to build a colourless deck for standard for a little while, so I finally got around to doing it, completely colourless, I've even decided not to run the Akroan Horse just so I don't get the white 1/1 soldiers even though they would trigger the Altar of the Brood.

How to Play

It's basically a Golem tribal deck, try and drop them as fast as possible along with Obelisk of Urd to make them almost viable, then go attack!

Deck discussion for Standard Colourless!?

Maybe I didn't look at the cards close enough, but besides Ugin you have no ways to handle threats or anything else like that. Also, I don't like running obelisk in a deck that isn't 100% tribal.

Cool idea though, maybe when Return to Zendikar comes out you'll have some more viable options.

You're right; there's no way to deal with threats in the deck, it was meant as a purely technical exercise in deckbuilding this is nowhere near competitive even at a casual level.
As for the Obelisk of Urd; well it has 16 creatures to buff and really there aren't many other options in colourless currently.... that and a potential 9/10 Keeper of the Lens was was too good to pass on!

I'm actually tempted to try it out on a game day, just to see if I can win a single round; could be funny with 4 Ornithopters, 2 Land and an Obelisk for a starting hand, maybe even draw into another Obelisk to get 4 of 4/6 flyers on T3.

I imagine Juggernaut would be good in this, simply as a 4 drop 5/3, or scuttling doom engine. Even though they don't fit into the golem idea, they can be some decent hitters/damage dealers.
