A current version that I have has 24 lands and I've been able to play Cruel and Bolas with out problems
Just to improve on danialjames, swap your Izzet guildgates with Dimir guildgates. But he does have a point, especially with the dual lands
The removal is reference to Bolas, my OP creatures and the -X/-X cards
Suggestions? P.S. I had plans for some Dimir spells (hidden strings) but I scrapped that idea but not the rouges

When I look at this deck, I see the 2 drops supporting the Vexings which makes them loose about half of their life. Some of the cards there work great together, even they're designed for use with the Vexings. So, what's your problem, magicviking?
You can't use Apostles to summon your Nighthawks, so why bother? By the way, those of you who were listing cards like Slaughter Games, you forgot Reap Intilect

The only thing I've got that is anywhere near this speed is my modern infect. But that is probably jsut a bit faster than this What turn do you win on roughly?
I appreciate the idea of having a lot of evasion, but I like my infect decks really fast so my first piece of advice for you is swap out your guildgates for shocklands: Azorius = Hallowed Fountain, Dimir = Watery Grave, Orzhov = Godless Shrine. They'll make it faster
