Have you thought of running things like Blade Splicer, Wing Splicer, and Master Splicer? They are another way to Shape Anew/ Tinker. Also I like Blightsteel at 2 just because of cards like Terminus vapor snag

True I didn't notice that. The initial reason I put in more Blue mana then white. Is because how crucial it is for you to be able to play shape anew. But seeing as you make a good point I will adjust my deck accordingly. In terms of consistency I have personally never played the deck it is just a theory as of now. But I hope to build and if I do I will post how consistent it is

The reason I only run 2 is because I never want to draw Blightsteel. I want to shape anew a splicer's golem into him.

I honestly would just run 3 of bruna. Bruna is better suited for this type of deck in my opinion
The reason I picked archwing dragon is for 2 reasons. The first one being is that it seems like most people will run tap out control. So things like Day of Judgment and terminus. Archwing Dragon dodges all of that. As for the red soul eater. Why?
Hmmm I was running a similar deck as well. I feel like 2-3 copies of temporal Mastery wouldn't be too shabby in here

Have you thought of essence of the wild? And what about Sun Petal Grove and Razorverge Thicket?
Honestly in this kind of deck I like Birds of Paradise. Also Hinterland Harbor is fantastic. Ambush Viper can also help a lot! Just a thought though!
I love smokescreens! Playing one deck then siding into something completely different. It almost always nullifies the opponents side.
Its too bad this is an all commons deck because Arid Mesa would be beautiful in it... Anyways its a nice deck build and I probably will make it to try out seeing as I have almost all of these cards laying around.

This looks solid! It should run fast enough! My main problem is that the win condition seems to be narrow.
Dagbaker is right except you have to have 2 life to pay for phyrexian mana so if you have 1 or less with spellkite out you can't activate its ability.
The actual ruleing is that if you have 1 or less life you can't pay life.
I would say a whole lot more pumps to speed this deck up.
