Why I like the clasp and a heavy hitter is because they allow you to compete if your turn 2 or 3 kill fails. They are great late game.

This is looking good! The side board is a great counter to Milera!
The one thing I would do is drop mortorpod all together because it doesn't do infect. Instead Put in more kill spells or pumps. The other thing is May be take out skithiryx for something else that hits hard.

If you can afford it I would say Skithiryx. If you can't the hydra is a good substitute.

I would agree with the above post. Since you are running red I really think you should run Lightning bolt. Also I think I would remove the Cathedral membrane and put in 2 to 4 Golden globe Moth

Honestly I think these kinds of builds are too slow but with some good defense it is possible to make yourself very hard to beat. Type 2 right now can be really quick especially kuldotha red. I would say you can hold your own but won't be winning many tournaments.

-2 Platinum Angel
+2 Puresteel Paladin

And I would main board Birds of Paradise over Wall of Omens

You had too many creatures and not enough control but if you go for some of the suggestions I put in it should serve to make the deck faster and better! Green has really good pumps and black has really good creature control! Nice work and keep working at decks!

I would recommend these changes because it will lower the mana curb and it will speed up your infect wins. Nice build though!

So the major weakness i see in this deck is the inability to stop anything coming your way. So Here is the changes I would recommend: -2 mortor pods (slow and don't actually do infect)
-2 Cystbearers (too slow)
-4 Blight Mambas (going for infect not regeneration)
-4 Plague Stingers (Not that great because Inkmoth is better)
-2 Phyrexian Crusader (Need more proliferation and less creatures)
+4 Contagion Clasp (Proliferation is an infect decks best friend)
+3 Giant Growth (Sudden pumps are dangerous in infect decks)
+4 Mutagenic Growth (Phrexian mana pump)
+3 tumble Magnet (Great for board control and can be proliferated)

Nice idea though!

I also am not a big fan of enslave and I would put in some more go for the throat or lands.
