Deck Description

A control deck with plenty of counter based spells and abilities.

U can counter ur opponets spells or even return his permanents to his hands or even tap them if u didnt countered them on time. With the shackles u can control what u like when u like.

Also alot of card drawing just to be sure u get the cards u want/need out there.

If u think that something is not stacking well or something else could be added plz remember to make a comment!

Deck discussion for Wizard Control

Looks good. Should think about throwing in Synod Sanctum for the shackles. If you take something with the shackles, you can remove it from the game and take another next turn. When your opponent is out of creatures, just tap 2 and get them all back on your side.

It would be useless. U dont need to take control from more than one creature ur opponent controls. This decks advantage is that it can last very long battles and the only way to win is by destroying ur opponets library with the guild masters (doing dmg is not adviced cuz u need ur wizards untaped for counterspelling). Anyway, u have enough counters and boomerangs (plus the scepters) to let ur oppotents only summon the creature that YOU want to take control of :)

Okay so you're using Raven Guild to deck the person. I would suggest using Crafty Pathmage to make Raven unblockable. This keeps with your wizard them then add the spell Brain Freeze to the mix if you put it on a stick you can freeze them and storm the freeze for additional cards. I would also suggest to think about Tormod's Crypt for those people who have a way to recure stuff. You decking a Dredge deck isn't going to help you as much as hurt you especially when a golgari grave troll hits.

One last thing Wash Out would be a better decision for side instead of hibernation. It may cost one more but it has more versatility.

Crafty pathmage is not needed. This is because i dont want to add useless cards. The Apheto Grifters are better. As for the brain freeze, it doesnt have much role here, as it is not a storm deck and u wont play many spells each turn. Anyway this deck is designed to counter each and every spell ur opponents play. They wont have a creature in play if the deck works. As for the wash out, ur right, I will change it and thx for the advice!
