Side note on Revel in Riches:
Valentin, Dean of the Vein works against you, since he exiles opponents dying creatures. No dies triggers means Revel gives no treasures, and Blood Artist would not trigger either.

Depending on the group, I'd totally put in Revel, maybe take out Parallel Lives. Parallel Lives is one of those, "Are we doing good? Yeah? Do we really need to do 'MORE GOOD'?" (double infinite loop is no better than plain infinite loop)

It can be hard to reconcile taking out seemingly powerful cards, but when you evaluate that they don't actually do anything on their own when they hit the board...

If I were putting Revel In Riches, I'd also be looking for a few more ways to either create treasure at instant speed, or to kill opponent creatures at instant speed. In Commander, I feel like not enough people evaluate how to stay off the radar until you win (IE, don't create those win-con treasures until right before your turn starts)

So! Important new question, because I still have this deck, and still love to pull it out.
New card, Thud, in place of Fling?
Same ability, 1 colorless cheaper, but going to sorcery speed instead of instant.

Is this deck a 'win or die' where I don't care?

It'd be way late game, but if opponent non-basics are a concern for the effectiveness of Splinter, maybe consider sideboarding Wave of Vitriol?

So here I find this deck, 3 years after the last post I'll say:
4 Sleeper Agents instead of 4 Incite-
You'll get your attack because they'd be glad to either do damage to you or see Sleeper Agent dead.

Further searching:
-Backlash
-Spiteful Shadows (Same as Treacherous Link and Ragged Veins. Though Ragged Veins has flash)
-Touch of Moonglove? (good defense against the unexpected, still lends to the idea that creatures are damaging their player)
-Humble Defector (mayyyybe. Playtest the idea that this guy would help draw the bad enchantments for you, play them on him, and pass him off to end the game)
-Soul Foundry (ehhh at CMC 4, but it'd be nice to make a new Sleeper Agent every turn for one colorless)
-Nettling Curse

Creature suggestions:
Goblin Spymaster
Goblin Diplomats
Hunted Dragon

I like the last the best.

If I get ahold of one, I'll put it in in place of feral hydra. Thanks for the suggestion :)

Soul's Attendant likes (all) creatures, and also Suture Priest likes (your) creatures.

We're up to 16 enchantments which is pretty heavy. Maybe embrace it with Ajani's Chosen? Or drop a pricey sunbond in favor of something like Alabaster Mage, or even Dawnbringer Charioteers (or even Sungrace Pegasus).

Also, you can weigh out direct damage options like Forgeborn Oreads or Searing Meditation (or even Ion Storm).

Last, check Scourge of Skola Vale, or even Marath (hardened scales super useful to him).

Just throwing out cards to look at that I'd been considering in my own decks lately :)

Also, 7 cards rely on lifegain, but only 4 grant it. Maybe another source would be good... (Lifelink?)

Hardened Scales.
+1/+1 on all becomes +2/+2 on all.

Primal Bellow: only has 2 possible forests. How about 'Giant Growth' instead.
Hold the Gates: has zero possible gates. How about 'Brave the Sands' instead.
Simian Spirit Guide... Why?
Assuming a priority is to get Mayael's Aria online with power 5 (or more), how about:
-Wyluli Wolf (synergy with immerwolf)
-Grafted Wargear
-Rage Nimbus (another Mayael ability target, triggers aria)
-Hanweir Watchkeep (Synergy with Immerwolf, can trigger aria)
-Howlpack Alpha (wolf tokens, wolf bonus, immerwolf)
-Wolfbitten Captive (wolf, pump... Etc)(cmc 1)
-Reckless Waif (wolf, cmc 1)
-Moonmist (because werewolves took over my suggestions)

Oh and why not:
-Selesnya Keyrune (manarock... Wolf)

How about Thespian Stage and/or Vesuva to copy Valakut? Oddly it isn't legendary.

Also: Ion Storm for more targeted damage?

Thanks! I'll have a look! Just FYI, Gauntlet of Power does help opponents also. A similar choice is Extraplanar Lens, but using all snow-covered forests to likely just benefit you.

That is an excellent point! I've played with Jolrael, Empress of Beasts for that reason as well, but Kamahl has that build in Overrun...
