A good suggestion :)

I've played with it, but removed it because of the 'one shot' nature of creature enchants. Our EDH circle is vicious with 'kill all' and direct kill spells. Equips survive where enchants do not. Also, tricks like Seedborn Muse and Unwinding Clock take effect the moment they come into play, and do their work on each opponents turn for massive advantage. By contrast Bear Umbra must go on a creature, whom then must attack and possibly die.

Also if you can snap the Deranged Hermit into a Mimic Vat when he dies (just don't pay his Echo), you'd be in Squirrel Heaven. If Parallel Lives was out, too? Each use of the Mimic Vat would net two Deranged Hermits who each produced 8 squirrels.

I'd add a caged sun; you can't go wrong with its mana ramping and creature bonus.

Please check out my Omnath EDH. It is my 4th revision, and most powerful I think. You may see some cards you like.

"Cascade (When you play this spell, remove cards from the top of your library from the game until you remove a nonland card that costs less. You may play it without paying its mana cost. Put the removed cards on the bottom in a random order.)"

Cascade skips the land cards; so its not exactly tutor, but will not stop on any of the 151 lands in the deck.

Aand what about 'cascade' cards; Ardent Plea, Kathari Remnant, Stormcaller's Boon, Deny Reality, and Enigma Sphinx are all in your colors.

Night Dealings tutors, but requires you to do damage to player= converted mana cost of card you want to fetch. This allows you to tutor for 0 cost cards right away (for {b}{b}{2}), but can't find anything useful to do with that. Investing cards in doing damage would be a waste... just thinking.

Also, a little risky (artifact creates an exiled draw pile), but consider Skyship Weatherlight. Since you only need one card, it would cost {4} to play and {4} to draw your one card.

Planar Portal; every turn tutor FTW (but {6} to play, then {6} more to use, ugh. Better in mana ramping decks).
Also, Sterling Grove has a built in {1}:sac to tutor for an enchantment
