This looks pretty good! I've always loved the idea behind Reap what is Sown and Phalanx Leader. With the addition of the Abazan abilities, it really put a good synergy to it.

Only suggestion I could say is possible Sideboard Godsend, Banishing light, Spear of Heliod. This will help with match up games. Rabblemaster is going to be a problem and Godsend handles him very nicely. Banishing light will remove Elspeth and any other planeswalkers, Spear of heliod is a decent pump plus spot removal.

At least toss him in sideboard and a possible one of in the deck. If he does come out, he is a big threat. Rabblemaster will die to anger of the gods keep that in mind. I would do 2 Ob Nixilis and a liliana Vess in SB. If you're able to get her ultimate, it will be game with the amount of removal you would be doing to that point. Or maybe add in more Deflecting Palms for Burn deck matchups.

Not bad so far, very creature specific. You can run Stain the Mind in Side against walker or other control decks. Take out their wincons which are typically very few of and they are out of luck. Have you thought of Ob Nixilis?

This appears to be more of a Tempo deck than Control. Viagrasaurusrex is correct. The essence of Control is battlefield control without creatures. Typical control decks have very few only for them to pop up once the field is completely under your control. Removal, counter, board wipes, lockdown, type of cards are used in control.
So Abzan Tempo would be a more fitting title.

Here is my thoughts on this deck as well. This deck is full of 1 of's cards. Any reason behind this? What about finding a good niche and filling your deck with that? This will help with consistency on card draw as well as a more stable playing environment.

Nykthos is a great card but running 4 is going to land you a lot of dead cards in hand. I would suggestion running Genesis Hydra, awesome card for mono green. Helps pull additional items (including nissa) so it's a super easy 2 for 1 special. I would also cut out the fetches, there is no need for them other than raising your draw percentage just slightly. I would also throw 3 darksteel citadels to use with Nissa for indestructible 4/4 lands, great combo and super hard to deal with in the upcoming meta.
I like the concept behind Terra Stomper but as a sideboard I would replace with 2 Phytotitan and add an additional Nylea, She will win games once out.

Overall, Find a spot for Genesis Hydras, they will make this deck so much quicker!

Seems a bit slow. Majority of your playable cards are turn 3. I would look at removing Murderous Cut for Bile Blights or Drown in Sorrows for early game blanket removal. This will help against aggro and ramp decks which this deck is going to have some issues with. Aggro will be able to pump out their draw count which will not make your dictate of kruphix + Waste Not combo not as efficient. Ramp will also have the ability to play out their high cost cards since you only have spot removal. You could use OmenSpeaker to help set your draw up and slow aggro down. Most of your combo is all 3 drops so having it laid out precisely on your next turns will be super helpful.
I hope my suggestions help push this deck idea a bit further for you !

I think your correct with the Chiefs. I also took out zurgo for one more land. He is decent but that that is what the butchers are for later game.
