You can't stop a chalice 1 with a 1-cost spell, Silly!!!Echoing truth
It was my understanding that, the stack resolves backwards & therefore using a (1 drop or otherwise) Counter card (not a bounce card) played in response to a player attempting to cast a Chalice of the Void would send said Chalice to the Graveyard before it could resolve / take effect.
Stuff like Annul and swansong will Work, but not bouncing :)Anyways, if they get the chalice into play before you can annul it, your 1cc's are still dead :(
