this deck was extended legal when created, the suggestion period was never going to be used. and with 4 demigod in a deck they will be summoned normally quite easily 5/4 flying haste for 5, ill take that.

the only card that i stated thats falling out in october is ball lightning, so id still drop pyromancers ascension for pure flame, but thats your call

strictly speaking gilt-leaf cavaliers > talaras battalion, vines of vastwood > wirewood pride, slate of ancestry > harmonize, replace bramblewood paragon with joraga warcaller, use gravity well for your anti flying deck card for the sideboard, and finally only one elvish vanguard makes me cry, thats about all i have for you

as long as were running cards like elvish promenade and distant melody, wilt-leaf cavaliers instead of leatherback baloth, and misty rainforest > terramorphic expanse theres also another dual land ill find for you here in a second.

neither of the sarkhans are great cards, especially if you dont have a deck that revolves around them
just for clarification ill tell you how it would go in this scenario, you cast fling on arc runner, pyromancers ascension triggers, a new fling is thrown on top of the stack, you target arc runner for the copy, arc runner gets flinged first fling resolves, second fling is unable to resolve due to no creature on your side of the field, and is placed in the graveyard instead.
you cant fling the same creature twice, as you would have to sacrifice it twice.
and as long as were going with anything land fall in a burn deck, look at plated geopede
also use arid mesa instead of terramorphic, sure the 1 life hurts kinda but the whole point of burn decks is to win by turn 4-7 at the latest or bust
if were talking money wise, he probally isnt worth the money, however he has a great mix of control, and can deal 6 damage to your opponent when he has nothing left to block. i think hes amazing, but the pricetag is painful.
replace arc runner with ball lightning, klin fiend works a lot better than rage nimbus imho, and also imho pure flame > pyromancer ascension, by the time you have the quest counters on pyromancers ascension, your opponent should be dead within 1 or 2 casts anyways, same thing with quest for pure flame except you can drop it for 1 less mana.
i thought about that one too, but sigiled behemoth went better with shield of the oversoul and went for him as my big card instead.
survival cache and baneslayer angel belong in this deck, im not a fan of either luminarch ascension or the empty throne. transcendent master is another card to look into, other than that you got a good deck going, everything i said is obviously my personal preference so if i came off a little rude i apologize :P
im having trouble understanding what your asking but there are two possibilitys you want me to put either carbonize or lightning bolt in my deck, either would be a nice addition but currently i dont think its necessary. or your asking me which one is better in my opinion and the answer would be lightning bolt, 1 mana, 3 damage extremely versatile.
