mana leak instead of negate/scatter and your good imho
go take a look at timewalk, might not be timewalk but theres an old card that read "target player takes another turn after this one" and if you used that twice you would get 2 more turns, same rule applies here.
and rings of brighthearth should work.
not an unlimited combo for a very basic reason, you can only play one land a turn, magosi returns to your hand after using its affect, and thats assuming you were not actually canceling both effects out, which i believe you are.
oh and slate of ancestry, im starting to like that more than glimpse of nature

siege gang commander doesnt belong, maybe if you put dragon fodder in, rampant growth is better for tri-color decks than explore then again your running min basic lands so it can be argued either way. id drop maelstrom to 2 and terminate to 3 but thats really just personal preference.

your running 5 board wipers, its a bit much for my taste id drop day of judment down to 2, i dont see a use for the scalding tarn, you might as well just add another island in its place, and i would take a look at Guard Gomazoa for your wall, costs 1 more, blocks almost everything, and prevents all damage dealt to it. hope this helps, gl.
its arrogant ill agree, but it was warranted by a response and rating that was totally worthless. as far as the suggestions go, i wont use mind twist cuss i find it overpowered, the other two cards i may end up switching to, and the fugue is there just to hold the advantage.

give anyone shitty suggestions and give the deck the lowest rating you can without even bothering to read the cards and youll get the same response, especially when you act arrogantly. if you want to know what i mean about that, read your comment really slowly it might come to you.
ill agree with you on the negate, however deprive works well with lands like halimar depths, if anything i want him to pick up kabira crossroads to go with it as well. btw if your going to make that deck jace the mind scuplter is also known as jace, the bank breaker 75$ each.

you told me to take a look, here i am. take a look at jaggad-scar archers and drove of elves, id prefer them both over your heedless one also elvish vanguard is an elf card that belongs in every top of the line elf deck also immaculate magistrate is another card id think about adding in in place of timberwatch elf, costs 1 more, same effect but lasts. other than that, im looking at your sideboard now finally lolz, never put in the imperious perfect, it just isnt as good as any of your other cards. thats about all i have for you, i must admit i stole a couple of your ideas for my elf deck.
i had the same problems while trying to make it myself, i dont think its amazing but it would be great in a multi-player game
though one thing, im not a fan of tome scour, id drop it for a doomblade or counterspell or something similar.
i was trying to make a real good U/B mill for a while but gave up, this one really works nice job.
