I have been thinking about how Blood Sun could work in modern and i came up with a hive mind deck that shares a combo with the bounce land combo. This deck is still in development and suggestions are appreciated.
Generally the main idea is to get the blood sun combo into play so you can execute one of the two win conditions. The first is to cast hive mind along with a pact to force the opponent int a loss. The second is the Gin-Gitaxias route that can be activated at instant speed using spells such as rewind to gain additional mana and counter the opponents threat in response. The win conditions could be changed but I though it would be fun to play hive mind and Gin-Gitaxias in modern.
