Thanks! However, I got the idea for the heroic mechanic from a comment on your deck. I had remembered you had made one a while ago so I checked it out because I do a lot of research while making any deck. So I wouldn't feel right taking the credit for the heroic mechanic idea.

Ahh yeah thanks for the heads up. I also realized no eldrazis would work anyway considering they get shuffled back into your library once they hit the yard. Thanks!

Ahh I hadn't thought about the synergy with bitter ordeal. Haha and sacrificing is my favorite effect in Magic; self-sacrificing, making other people sacrifice, most of the decks I actually run revolve around some sort of sacrificing ^_^. Thank you so much for your help!

Thanks for taking the time to comment Sure!
Reading your post two things come to mind. Personally I can't take credit for the spell suite. That would go to you and whiteandblue as I tried to make it as close to your Wave of Mutilation deck, and WhiteandBlue's Unicron deck as possible and I also looked at WhiteAndBlue's New Macabre deck for a few inspiration cards. I personally do not like net decking but when you don't know what you're doing you gotta have something to start with :/
Also, i'm curious as to what makes LE a more viable sweeper option than say a damnation or day of judgement? I may be being short sighted and slightly naive but I just don't see many situations where Living end would be more useful. Again I appreciate you taking the time to comment and help improve my deck!

Mister Owl how many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of the tootsie pop?
Haha, it's one of my favorite commercials of all time

Haha well I wish I was at your shop then. Although there is also quite a bit of splinter twin which I can handle better

Good points... However there is not much melira pod in my meta a lot of affinity though -_-... Not that the bog and maze would help in those matchups anyway... I was thinking a single inquisition because the raven's crime fills that void but I believe you're right

Thanks for Commenting and sorry to get back to you so late! I must admit I love the idea of this archetype as well and cant wait to playtest the deck. As for your suggestions, thinking on them, I believe you are right but I am decidig between the maze, bog, or an inquisition to cut. I'm leading towards cutting the maze and the inquisition for the scepter and the silence... Thoughts?

Very tight deck man! The only thing i can think of is Quirion dryad for some early game presence possibly sideboard for quicker decks and I agree with you on the guttersnipes this deck is focused more on the creatures the instants and sorcerers are there for backup guttersnipe works best in the opposite... Anyway like the deck man keep up the good work

I definately thought about thragtusk and sorin but I don't have the money to shell out maybe if I could swing a few trades... Anyway instead of intangible virtue what would you think about gavony township... Anyway you have given me a lot to think about thanks for the comment and I will look at your deck as soon as I can :)

Id have to agree with racky here grim lavamancer seems a much better option than sacrificing your lands for 2 creatures. Double uses for all your instants and soreceries And arid mesas plus the ability to swing in for damage

I had not and at 3 mana I don't know if it is worth it I only have 8 instants and soreceries that target my creatures and the rest of the time it would sit there fairly uselessly just a deference from pillars, searing spears, etc. I may add some to the Sideboard though thanks for the comment!

@valjaz "I am still a noob. What is the limit for them?"

Thr limit for anything other than a basic land is only 4

Oops read the disciple wrong... I thought you lost life.... Hmmm I may have to test with it and see how it goes... The card draw is amazing and the life gain is just a bonus

Thanks for the comment :D

The Disciple's a good card and would help with setting up my hand. However my normal play style is pretty suicidal and the disciple may just push it a little too far. I may test with a couple of them anyway but we will see.

I am not worried about Bonfire in this deck with the counters and the surgical exctractions, however if I end up returning to mono-black i will certainly add them in.

I tried out killing wave, and it was alright, and I prefer Black Sun's, but if no good sweepers are printed in Return to Ravnica I may have to give it a second look.

Once again, thanks for the comment though :D

No problem Just made the comment :)

I love the staff! If someone says or does something stupid you get to poke him straight in the face with it lol! But in all seriousness getting an extra card draw per turn is fantastic, while also putting that extra little damage helping with blocking (or assigning damage in general), dealing with planeswalkers, etc. But Honestly I would recommend it for the card draw alone, the damage is just a bonus

Thanks for commenting on my deck... Before that one I ran a shirei EDH for a month or two. In that deck a few things were complete bombs.

Smokestack- if you could your hands on one gives you such an unfair advantage when you return everything at the end of the turn

Oblivion stone- put a counter on shirei only and it becomes a plague wind

Eldrazi Monument, General's Regalia, Swiftfoot Boots - protect Shirei at all costs

Reaper from the abyss- A targeting Grave pact

Hope this helps :D
