this requires 3 oblivion rings it is very unlikely with the no fetch or draw you have that you will get this as well as the cat before you are dead the idea is nice ive done similar but that used all the enchantment tutors effectively giving you 12+ o-rings

use ghost quarter. with fastbond and crucible you can get all your lands and potentialy destroy all your opponents from their deck in 1 turn.

Also in pure blue why run mana leak when you could just run counterspell.
i love phlaxing shield for hexproof. 2g/u, enchanted creature gains hexproof, draw a card.
fun concept but there are much better ways to go about it. instead of kaldra why not just any of the darksteel craetures? then tinkers to fetch either the creature or the sword and darksteel citidel and seat of synod lands. the and spell that makes a creature unblockable.

if you do go for a venser deck two gaurenteed cards for b/w are augery owl (scry on entrence) and stonehorn dignitary (skip combat phase) and i was thinking splash green with acidic slime and ethernal whitness :)
assuming you can get asention out turn 1 i dont think theres enough direct damage spells to gaurentee the 3 counters. and as for the countering 4 is not in my opinion enough and no creature? however i am bad at balancing counterspells with the rest of the deck, which is why i dont play blue. very nice concept but i think there is too much luck involved :/ how has it been playing
this need an anowon, ruin sage. i agree with the gate keepers maybe some bloodline keepers 2 more sign in bloods for draw (you have life gain so its no prob) go for the throats are a must have. maybe kalitas bloodcheif of ghet, high mana cost but built in kill spell.

Try running at least 1 anowon, ruin sage. its great for a full vamp theme like this :)
