To be honest the title just through me off. You could of just said it was a Melira Pod Modern Deck. Otherwise its not bad.

If you're into gaining life, and at the same time making your opponent lose life, I would suggest running Sorin Markov or Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, otherwise, pretty neat card choice.
