Hmm, seems like you need to focus down a little bit. Primalcrux and khalni hydra combo great, but works best in a mono green deck. Rofellos would probably prefer to be sitting in a mono green as well. Also, 18 lands is a bit ballsy. 20 I can agree with, but 18 seems a bit skimpy, even with all the fetch and mana dorks kicking around. Jarad I find works best with fatties specially with like blanchwood armor chucked on top. Creak wood liege is probably calling out for a few cheaper sac engines than Jarad just to make best use of all the free chumps, although on the other hand you could just save them up and overwhelming stampede (which is awesome), another good card could be corpsejack menace, or even better, doubling season but that would be if you focused more on the tokens n stuff
