WELCOME BACK TO HYPER BUDGET!Decided to challenge myself; Build only decks that remain below $15, contain no rares, CMC 3 or below, no SB and could be used at a FNM with moderate success. Tonight's deck falls into the colors of U/R, Izzet for all you thinkers out there. As we all know with Izzet come spells and with spells come great responsibility.
Drop your Frostburns and Omenspeakers early for walls, get out a Cyclops, pump him (hopefully with Armed) and goto town. Spellheart gets massive as the game goes on and Aqueous Form on a Flamespeaker Adept are just good times...

this looks pretty fun. The only change I would make would be Take out frostburn and put in blistercoil while still being (barely) in your $15 budget range. I used the medium price for both on TCGplayer and the total came to 14.83 Medium price.

Sway doesn't care if ya make your own hyper budget decks lol. He is actually quite happy that people really like the idea. Plus it gives Him and me the chance to try out all those cheap experiments when we go to FNM, so the more ideas the merrier :D
I am glad that you are interested in the decks and feel free to make as many as you I wish I, in no way would ever want MTG player to not try something like this because it was "my idea". People have been building these style of decks long before I have, but it was something that really grabbed a hold of me when I started doing it and I thought I would share it with the community, so please share your ideas as they will always help someone out!

You should add molten birth
I love that card, I will test it but I have always gotten better results with it when I run Young Pyromancer and Guttersnipe.
Armed // Dangerous + Flux Charger. Being a flyer, could probably make sure you take a good chunk of your opponents health.
