Why Crypt Ghast? You scale with number of swamps, not with the number of {B} they produce.Also Geths Verdict instead of Cruel Edict sounds good.

why do you need mana ramp for this deck if the top of its curve is 4?

I see what your saying. Well one option would be to use mycosynth wellspring and maybe a phyrexian core or two, that would definitely let you get some land onto the field. Another much more flavorful approach which may be really weird would be to use crucible of worlds and mill yourself till you reach x lands and play those. sounds really weird, but it makes bloodhoard a beast. and sorry that thats all I have.
