How about Quest for the Pure Flame? Total bomb.

I opted for Fists of the Demigod since 1R/B is too far of a stretch for mana for a much more significant buff to nearly all the creatures that are in this deck. The effects simply resolve much more effectively. Trample is a disappointing lost.

I changed a couple of things up. Added Rite of Flame instead of Infernal Plunge, didn't like sacrificing too much. Squeezed in Din of the Fireherd since it's a win condition in this deck.

Why not have Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx in your deck so you can cast Din of the Fireherd faster?

Lightning Axe is hilarious! I don't really want to take anything out but I'll keep it in mind.

Nice Deck! I would go for Deviant Glee instead of Riot Spikes though.

Thanks! Undying Evil is extremely useful though for so many combat tricks- many of the creatures have enter the battlefield abilities. I will definitely check it out!

It's all about devotion. The black mana symbols are a very strong reason to keep it in for the bomb in the end. Deviant Glee is good though, I will try that.

I'm not sure how I feel about Shelldock Isle. My mill isn't exactly fast nor is there anything relatively gamechanging by the time they are at 20 cards. Mesmeric Orb will be sideboarded though.

Invigorate instead of Groundswell. You can have open mana for if you need to Rangers Guile which is really important.

Pithing Needle doesn't apply to Biovisionary, his ability isn't activated it's triggered. Pithing Needle is very situational.

What legality are you going for?

Negate waaay more then Cancel since you're goal is to simply keep Biovisionary alive and on the field. Optimize for more Voyage's End/Disperse, returning Biovisionary to your hand in case of an emergency board wipe.

Not bad, as far as heavy devotion goes in standard there is Nightveil Spectre, Dark Prophecy, and Gift of Orzhova. These cards might not seem too great at first but when it comes to devotion, devotion heavy creatures really change the pace of the game.

You aren't running Burnished Hart??? That's one of my favorite cards in the set. It should definitely be in here. Drop Dragon Hatchling it's not gonna do you any good..
