Not bad, as far as heavy devotion goes in standard there is Nightveil Spectre, Dark Prophecy, and Gift of Orzhova. These cards might not seem too great at first but when it comes to devotion, devotion heavy creatures really change the pace of the game.

Crypt ghast. Mono black man doubling. Also the extory will keep you alive against some of the more aggressive decks.

suggestion :- lifebane to side as he's mostly effective against 2 colours and nightveil spectre to main. or crypt ghast for bonus mana and extort. otherwise looks great ;)
why do you have a playset of Scryland in monoblack?
Just to scry. Watch the pro tour also and you'll see people take opponents cards through nightveil spectre and be able to play the cards that arent even black because of the scry lands.

Owl has a point. There are better cards such as the shock lands and you could always just run more Nykthos. If you try to cover too much you will end up spreading the deck too thin and losing a lot of consistency and the overall potential of the deck.

Good idea overall but is too slow. Mono blue or red would eat this alive and naya superfriends would only laugh at this deck. My advice put another shrine and two lilianas in also more 1-3 drop creatures to hold off swarm. Watch pro tour theros on youtube any deck there is what you will genereally face and they would pull off easy wins.
