Deck Description

Wanting to build a standard competitive Blue Kraken deck. This is the best I could come up with. Keep your opponent at bay with Simic Charms, Whelming Wave and Scourge the Fleets. Then cheat in your monsters with Jalira (sacking mystics and caryatids) or Unexpected Results. Tromokratis is huge, and Nylea giving them all trample is effective, plus her other ability is WinCon in some cases. The deck is slow, but it changes tempo really fast.

How to Play

Turn 1 - Elvish Mystic
Turn 2 - Sylvan Caryatid
Turn 3 - Prophet of Kruphix / Flash in Jalira at the end of opponent's turn
Turn 4 - Unexpected Results / Jalira's ability at the end of opponent's turn
Turn 5 - Nylea and attack with at least 2 Krakens. Tromo forces opponent on the defense, and Simic Charms protect your creatures from spot removal.

Deck discussion for Tromo-Krakens!

Probably don't need 4 kiora, 3 should be plenty. I'd maybe put an extra island in instead to be more sure of enough lands in opening hand to get your mana ramp going. Would also drop 1 of each big hitter for 2 more elvish mystics. Again, speeds up mana ramp and they'll fuel jalira to get to your big 'uns anyway. Cool deck however, hadn't considered using jalira for this sort of thing.
