Well, Narset is a control card so i made this.Shit worth of talking about:Narset, Enlightened Master: Huge card advantage, free spells and a great flyer. Being able to dig 4 cards deep and cast them without paying for them is just broken. The fact that she won't die to direct removal makes her just an over the top creature.Quiet Contemplation: makes sure that the biggest thing won't attack a single time.Jeskai Charm: finish off opponents, griptide creatures, gain 13 life. It's hard to decide isn't it?
Control, stall and say no. Try to counter anything you really don't like, kill everything small with Lightning Strike and Magma Jet. And try to win with Narset and her card advantage and huge krakens.Tips vs control or mid: counterspells. Use them wisely and be aware of them. Use Jeskai Charm for the griptide ability and Quiet Contemplation on the biggest threat.Tips vs aggro: more Magma Jets and more Lightning Strikes. Control the early game, try to gain as much life as you can and don't be afraid to use Banishing Light on something small. My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!

I feel like you should have a few exile cards, in case indestructable cards get past your counter spells. Although I am not very expierienced with control decks.

What about adding trasure cruise? U can exile all ur counter spells from ur graveyard to cast it
Added 1, you don't have enough stuff that goes into the grave to justify running more.Jace's Ingenuity does just fine, if it ran fetches i would SOOOOOOOOO play trasure cruise
