Deck Description

Draw. . .

BEST CARDS/CORNERSTONES:
Obzedat, Ghost Council: dude, it keeps you in the game, gives you a life advantage while it deals damage to your opponent and it is a 5/5 for 5 mana! what's not to love. At best it will beat for 5 or even 7 a turn, at worst it will be another nighthawk.
Bloodgift Demon: this is Bob 0.5 it gives you cards for just one life(bob is Dark Confidant, he can make you lse way more life), it beats for 5 through the air and it has a way better body, again an awesome creature.
Castigate: yes i am serious, you get 4 more removal spells against aggro and you to distrubt anything.

How to Play

Well, as all midrange decks you start with the low cmc value creatures that put you in a more favorable position against control or midrange and slow down aggro. Then you move into Heliod, God of the Sun, bloodgift and Obzedat who will win you the game.
Against control you play as aggressively as you can, if you play Lingering Souls make sure to use it wisely and really soon. Gwyllion Hedge-Mage HAS to give you the token unless you need to kill an important early creature like Bob. In terms of winning Heliod, God of the Sun and Caustic Tar are the safest and strongest things that win you the game. Against aggro try to get the -1/-1 withe the mage, use Vampire Nighthawk to block things that have 2 or less power or as a wall against any big dudes, side in Souls of the Faultless and damn does Heliod's vigilance win games.

My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
