Deck Description

This deck is built around the combo Sidisi-Whip of Erebos. Sidisi mills your library and provides free zombies while doing so, Whip can put the big guys back into play and also provides a source of lifegain.

The deck has quite a lot of creatures, but it's not a very fast deck. The biggest challenge is to survive the first few turns without losing too much resources/life, but this deck's got quite some cards for that. And once you're really getting started, it's sure hard to stop you!

There's a little delve in the deck as well, but it's limited: the graveyard is an important resource in this deck, and I feel like delving too much can deplete it.

I'm open for comments: I haven't played it a lot so far and if anyone has experience with playing it and what cards do work, please tell me:)

How to Play

This deck is not very fast. The first few turns are mainly about building up and not losing too much life. Play it 'controllish', but not in a way as to prevent your opponent from doing anything (although the sideboard has a few counterspells): keep your resources (life and board state) as much as possible and then slowly turn the tide.

Sylvan Caryatid and Courser of Kruphix are important cards in this, but Satyr Wayfinder is also a cheap blocker (which also mills your deck). Even Nyx Weaver can help you survive, as can the removal spells. Once you've got Courser and/or Whip on the table, you can start gaining life and getting the upper hand.

At a first glance, this deck has two main win conditions:
1 - Flooding the table with Sidisi-made zombies
2 - Whipping your Big Guys (especially Hornet Queensince the tokens remain in play) or of course Sidisi which lets you mill twice cards if you attack after you whipped it back to the battlefield
Usually, your wins will not be that straightforward, and sometimes a hardcast Sagu Mauler, Necropolis Fiend or Soul of Innistrad can also help a lot.

Milling yourself is not too hard with this deck: Sidisi, Nyx Weaver, Satyr Wayfinder and Commune with the gods help with it. You don't need a full graveyard for the Whip to be awesome, but once Sidisi is in play you'll want further milling. I specifically included Nyx Weaver and a single Soul of Innistrad for getting back cards you might desperately need.

About the utility spells:
Heroes' Downfall deals with Sarkhan and Sorin, and can also remove threatening creatures like Stormbreath Dragon or Siege Rhino.

I chose to include Sultai Charm 3 times instead of extra copies of Murderous Cut (sofar, I have 1). The charm can not only remove creatures and enchantments, but it also gives you extra options with the card draw, while letting you discard your Hornet Queen so you can whip it and get the tokens (or just discard the legendary Sidisi or Whip if you already have one in play). Of course, Murderous Cut is also great and I will go for some playtesting before really deciding which one I prefer.

Commune gives you an extra opportunity to a Sidisi or a Whip. If you're playing against an aggresive deck, I'd take it out and invest in Hornet Nest or Bile Blight.
