This deck could be called a vamp deck, or just a black aggro deck, either way. It is meant to drive your opponent insane with your attacks and constant lifegain, while they suffer the deaths of their creatures, and loss of life........ HAVE FUN!(I am pondering if I should change the deck so it is more based around sorin himself, and maybe to add a couple of Liliana of the Dark realms, to help with ramping, and to make it even faster. )
This deck is based on aggro, and lifegain, get out your vamps, and KILL!! If possible, get out nighthawks, or blade of the bloodchief, and equip it to a creature, ASAP! By using the spells that kill of creatures, you will make the creature with the blade of the bloodchief bigger, and since its a vamp, it gets 2 +1/+1 counters,instead of just 1.If possible, use dark rituals to get Sorin's Vengeance out on the field even faster, or you could even use them around turn 2,3, or 4 to cast Sorin Markov, and drop your opponent down to 10, ASAP!

Well, I am going to switch around some cards, maybe make it a more sorin-based deck, and the sorin's vengeances are for quick fun kills
Nothing quick about 7 mana. Trust me that's your 1-of bomb. If you're set on playing Sorin and his Vengeance you're also going to need to draw cards or mana ramp, but I would stick with drawing cards, Read the Bones is a great cheap option.Throw in Vampire Nocturnus take out elixer, gain 5 life is not an Agro move, it's a stall for time move. Replace with 1 drop vampire like Vampire Lacerator. Use cheap vamps like Kalastria Highborn or blood artist if you want to gain life. Replace Geth's Verdict for Gatekeeper of Malakir because it does the same thing and is a vampire. Replace Murder with direct kill spells special to vampires: Urge to Feed or Feast of Blood. Honestly you can do whatever you want with it but if you want to go tribal, go tribal. If you want to go agro, don't weigh heavy on 6+ spells. If you want to go mono-black... well you have dark rit so you got that one down pat.
