Deck Description

Use goblin recruiter to find mogg fanatic, and kiki-jiki if you need them, as well as the chirgeon.

The damage dealt by this deck is direct damage from a damage loop. Tap kiki-jiki and copy mogg fanatic, sacrifice the copied token to deal one damage. With thornbite staff on the field, kiki-jiki will untap. Copy and repeat. WIN.

There are other ways to achieve this as well, such as splinter twin on mogg fanatic, as well as thornbite staff. This way, you tap to copy mogg fanatic, sacrifice the copy, when copy hits graveyard, the original mogg fanatic untaps due to thornbite staff, and this repeats.

lightning greaves protect important creatures from stripping the enchantments.

Also, when tokens die, they do go to the graveyard, activating thornbite staff. When tokens enter graveyard, they cease to exist, but they still "hit" the graveyard, activating graveyard effects.

Deck discussion for Goblin Loop

A definite starting hand would have to include a Rite of Flame or two, a Thornbite staff and/or a Kiki Jiki, and 2 land. So you're looking at 5 or 6 cards as mandatory first hand...giving you little mulligan room.

Other than that, once the ball gets rolling, I don't see any way you can lose unless someone plays a Silence or a few other instants. I would recommend a couple Ricochet Traps for some added protection :)
