in my opinion the easiest way to win with door to nothingness is with prismatic omen, extraplanar lens, 5 lands on the field and 1 on the lens

That combo wont work with the lens because the lands name wont change. Good thinking though...
Sweet Deck! I'd add that new creature from Worldwake that dose the same thing as Upwelling if you got one...
I like door to nothingness; although ur deck is a bit vulnerable to removal; consider Indestructibility for ur door; maybe cards like Gemstone mine, lotus petal,... for mana acceleration
