This is a Roon/Lion King deck. Simba is Savannah Lions. Mufasa is Sprit of the Hearth. Zazu is Birds of Paradise. Joven's Ferrets is the closest to a meerkat I could find for Timon. Pumba is Pygmi Razorback. Shenzi is Trusty Companion. (Or Ed, etc. Any of the hyenas.) Scar is Fleecemane Lion. Cast Out and Path to Exile are obviously references to Simba being exiled. As for how the deck plays, it's bant goodness taking some advantage of Roon's ability to blink things.
